15-17 August 2014
The only place for bird enthusiasts to be this summer. Lots of things to do, people to chat to, and most importantly art to enjoy!
So don't miss the Art Marquee and come along and see some wonderful paintings, prints, photographs and sculpture.
The exhibition looks back at the different venues, members, achievements and artworks of our vibrant workshop.
Alongside the history is a collection of work reflecting the current membership, demonstrating the diverse group of artists that make up Birmingham Printmakers.
A series of courses and talks have been organised to complement the exhibition.
The ever popular Barber Insitute of Fine Arts Christmas Fair and Family Day is one of the early events in the Christmas Fair calendar. Lots of activites for all the family and lots of lovely gifts to browse and buy...including new prints and cards from my collection.
The Rose and Crown in Severn Stoke was flood damaged when the Severn burst its banks in the recent bad weather...but it has now been refurbished! To celebrate this new look the pub is hosting an exhibition of paintings and prints by me and local equestrian artist Susan Faulkner.
So, pop in for a pint and maybe a meal, and enjoy the work. It's there til mid June.
I'll be at the RSPB Annual Memebers conference again this year exhibiting and selling work.
I am also running a print workshop on the Saturday of the conference. We are going to be producing lino prints of waterfowl that inhabit the York University campus.
